A scientist would know the most.
Among scientists, an astronomer would be the best.
Astronomers have specialties - some astronomers are experts in the solar system, and are sometimes called "planetary astronomers", or perhaps "solar astronomers" if they are expert in the Sun instead of everything else.

Astronomers would know more about the solar system than meteorologists would. Please repost this question in the Astronomy & Space section.
