If no one comes up with anything else, then you might want to try a Catholic Monastery or Abbey run by nuns.

Don't specifically know of colonies, per se--there aren't that many writers' colonies at all, due to the expense of running them, and they do tend to be for professional writers and reasonably competitive. But there are certainly groups and conferences--if you happen to be in the Pacific northwest or the southwest you could contact the Oregon Christian Writers Assn. or the North Texas Christian Writers--they do conferences and critique groups, and might be able to point you in a good direction. (See links below.) Also, the Christian Writers Group website has a number of links you might check out, if you haven't already. Hope this helps a little...!
