Pasta is an outstanding food for bodybuilders.

Pasta:

Plain Noodles (2 oz) has 7.3 grams of protien and 42.6 grams of carbs, and only 0.9 grams of fat.

Whole Wheat (1 cup) has 7.5 grams of protien and 37.2 grams of carbs, and only 0.6 grams of fat.

One of the meals I recommend to the body-builders I consult is noodles and tuna fish. Tuna fish is inexpensive and just 2 oz of tuna fish gives you 13 grams of protien, 0 carbs, and 0.5 of fat.

The only way it will add fat is when you add all the sauces, and consume the carbs after 4p.m.
