I went to a local massage parlor. I paid 40 for a massage and another 40 dollars for a happy ending. I never got the massage. i only got the body shampoo and the happy ending. Do they normally skip the massage?

You need to ask for a refund for the massage not done. At least you get your happy ending which is the most important part
