The coolant pipe/tank of my 92 celica broke and the coolant fluid is leaking from under the car?

my car also makes this crackling noise when I start it, I'm taking it to the mechanic trow, how much will it cost?

It really depends on just what broke. If you just had a hose blow, not much. If you have both a bad radiator and a dying starter, expect to pay $1,000 or so!
