EPDM waterproofing. And for that i recommend Hertalan EPDM as in Hertalan easy.cover 1.2 mm thick.

Line-x does the spray on truck bed liners but I have seen them do slip resistant sprayons for stairs and ramps for wheelchairs and stuff like that. Very useful if you want to put it on stairs for your grandmother. Especially if it gets icy in the winter.
