Sometimes... Usually about half an hour... Keep hair neat (maintain a good suitable hairstyle), ensure clothes look fine, matching footwear etc, eyebrows trimmed, face looks fresh... If look tired, touch up a little at least. It's about personal grooming & looking your best... or look pleasant at least... instead looking sloppy etc.

Looking pleasant is sufficient. You will feel good & make people feel good. I read somewhere that there is no ugly women, except lazy women. And also read that if we bother to dress up, it's a kind of respect you're giving to the person you're meeting. E.g. ladies normally dress up for dates. But we can do that for family & friends too. We can also do it for ourselves when we go out alone. Perfection is too extreme & takes time unless required.

If I'm just gonna hang out at someones house no... if I am going on the town of course it can take a couple hours at the most

Yeah i try but sometimes just not in the mood.Its always nice to try and look your best so i usually make the effort.

i do try , after my coffee i can be ready in 30-40 minutes.make up and all.
