this is about this nice girl working in my company. well we both work in different departments but we get to meet when we take the lifts. she looks downto earth and nice person,not georgeous(but i like her). when i try to look into her eyes to tell her that i like her,shes the kinda person im looking for. shes not even looking at me shes looking the floor. does that mean that shes not intrested in me?? i dont understand this response which she gives me.

she just might be shy or nervous. she maybe didnt really expect that or she just might not feel the same way. how does she react after you told her? did she avoid you? if so, then she's probly not intersted so move on...but if you really want her, just give it time...and lay low for a while.

Well, this depends on how (nice looking she is) my initial instince say she is
a. shy or
b. She may have some self esteem issues.
If either of these assumptions are correct it would probably be wise to speak to her in a setting where she is very comfortable. Maybe tge "lifts" arent the most comfortable place maybe she is uncomfortable with clossness with a stranger the possibilities are endless, my suggesting speak to her one on one in a setting that is mutually agreed upon where time is not an issue.

Where is she originally from? Is she maybe from Japan? I watch a lot of Japanese movies...and boy (!) ...I realize that very seldom I see the women look into a man's eyes. So, it might be her upbringing.

she might be nervous and she may actually like you back....ususally when girls look at the floor they are a little nervous..just try and tell her and see what happens..good luck
