If you believe in God, you must have faith in what we have of the current day bible. If you have faith in what is supposed to be God's word, then you should believe that Lucifer was God's favorite angel, who was cast from heaven , and was later refered to as Satan, the deciever, the Devil. Every major religion shows the relationship between good and evil, sin and salvation. If you don't believe in "The Devil", how can you believe in God???

Not everyone who believes in God, even the Christian God, believes in the devil. However, the Bible says to be aware of the wiles of the devil because he seeks whom he may devour, so I would not advise dispelling this unpleasantry.

Absolutely not! I believe in God/Goddess but not in the devil. The devil is just a Christian creation to scare people.

you would believe that the Devil does exist but that the Devil isn't the best way to follow and that the best way to follow is God's way.

No, you don't have to necessarily believe in the devil. The devil is not a nice saint I wouldn't be to close to him if I were you.

If you believe in God, how can you NOT believe in the devil?
I know it's a scary thing, but if you believe in God, just read the Bible. It explains it all.
You don't HAVE to believe in anything ! Your choice.

Yes! Unfortunately, you can't believe in the existence of without believing in the existence of the other. At least for the time being. Who you choose to follow is another story.
