Substance is what is essential if you want to have a good relationship in the long run. Looks are just looks and although "good looks" catch almost everyone's attention at the outset, sooner or later those looks should be backed up by something more - character, intellect, wisdom, etc. - otherwise, when the beauty loses its allure, you'll have nothing to hold on to.

well i think that they complete eachother .. i mean you don't have to look absolutely fabulous just as if u were Miss universe every day but at the same time , it doesn't mean that u have to go out with ur messy hair and unfit clothes .... on the other hand , the inner beauty always counts , i mean you can always meet the prettiest people ever but they may be totally stupid , i assure you , i've met hundreds of them in school and in work ... at the same time , u may meet those who knowhow to look natural and simple and at the same time they do have BRAINS ... after all , u don't expect to meet the best people ever coz nobody's perfect but from my short experience i've learned not to judge people by looking at the cover and that first impressions aren't right all the time so you may just give yourself some time to get to know the person before getting to judge him ...
