As for the co-worker part. Never, thats your livelyhood...One saying I always remember regarding dating co-workers is "Never Dip You Pen In The Company Ink,". What happens when the fling is over you have to see that person plus the gossip and drama. If you can handel that more power to you. I rather just say below the radar and date out of the office.

Should you...well they have a saying never to fish off the company pier. I say this play out in your head the absolute worst scenario that could happen. If it doesn't involve you losing your job or livlihood I say go for it.
