I never expect anything in return for whatever I do for others. That , however, is not because I'm such a sweetheart, but because I've learned not to expect anything. It makes for much less disappointment.

The last big nice thing I did without expecting a return for it was earlier this year. I gave a teenager a Ford Bronco that I didn't want anymore. Yesterday I noticed trash by the highway and kept stopping my truck to pick it up, just cause I thought the road should look cleaner. There's probably other stuff I've forgotten about.

Today. I saw a woman trying to put another one in a wheelchair. She was just standing there looking at her. I asked if she needed hep and she said no. Sometimes you get a good feeling doing something to help someone else.
