i need a dress for my schooldance in 2 weeks i have no clue where to get one and it cant b more than like 35 dollars?

I got a decent dress at Charlotte Russe. It was $20. Their average price is $40. You can find it at the mall. And try Macy, although it may be overpriced.

charlotte russe, wet seal, some of the cutest dresses I have ever seen come from Windsor, although they are kind of high price, you can wear them OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER (you get the idea) again.
