You may be suffering from a thyroid imbalance. You should see a doctor for a full thyroid panel. You should really get it checked. A thyroid imbalance can kill you if left untreated.

How far were you rollerblading is the question, and how often? How many days a week did you go to work? Did you rollerblade a few blocks or a few miles? How long did it take you to get there? You could have burned off a lot of calories by going to work. I mean I've lost 5 pounds in two days just by barely eating (i'm rarely hungy) and going for a walk. I'm 17 and 5'2'' 85 pounds. I lose weight really fast. I can lose 2 pounds just by not eating all day so...idk

This summer, unlike LAST summer or ANY of em for that matter was BRUTAL!
You are already like O percent fat. You are burning more than you take in... The junk food sugar fed your energy usage. Do more fruits, which have more longevity in the system and try more pasta goodies. YOu are like an athlete who needs to keep the calories IN!
Oat meal breakfast's stick with you longer, some rice and noodles will give you energy and stick with you and trade the bad sugars for fruitier sugars and I bet you stay at a healthier weight. Also, make sure you haven't lost too much SALT! Drink your energy and sock-er aids with electrolytes cause without enough salt, you can weaken your internal organs and even your BRAIN!
You little cutie... now go out and kick that world's A S S some-more!! PEACE!

If all you're doing is enjoying tennis as quickly as each and every week, that isn't sufficient workout. start up walking quarter-hour daily & build as much as 30. Do a ability walk, somewhat pump your legs and arms. do no longer consume any junk nutrition in any respect. No quickly nutrition. consume meats, vegetables & end result and drink a lot of water. Snack on fruit, nuts of veggie sticks. you will start to lose extra weight that way.

I am not sure. The weight lose seems excessive if you did not change your diet or your every day routine recently. You seem concerned so I would call my doctor and make an appointment for a check up. Good luck and good health =)

Your metabolism is the envy of most of the modern world, that's all. Just eat a lot of healthy snacks during the day and you will be fine. Throw in a cheeseburger also, if ya want =)

Maybe, its the same thing with me... go to your doctor, they usually give you a pill to help you gain weight. When my mom was in her 20's she weighed only 9(?) pounds and the doctor gave her a pill that helped her gain weight quickly.

I hope there`s nothing wrong with your health, possibly the roller blading caused you to lose some, and if it was hot and you drank lots of water, you may have eliminated quite a bit of fluid, I guess if you keep losing, you should seek professional help.

Try to cut back on your junk food.

Because they're, well --- Junk. hahahaha.

But seriously, a lot of people would wish they could be th same. If you're a junkfood nut, (like I am) try to eat junkfoods at the rate of twice a week.
