Do I capitalize "masters"?

For example, should it be:

"My Masters is a two-year program." or "My masters is a two year program." ???

And is there a comma anywhere in masters as it's used in the above sentences?

In the above sentence "Masters" is capitalized but there is no apostrophe. (Masters is the name of the degree.)

This is a tricky question. It goes with the sentence structure. You can say: I have a master's degree. But, when you are talking about a specific master's program or degree, you need to capitlize the 'm'. For example: Master of Science (no apostrophe and s).
so you can say: My masters is a two-year program.

I don't know about the capitalization. All I do know is that I earned a Masters Degree in Lit years ago. And was I presented with a single slave of the arts? NO! If I attained rank of Master of the Arts, I should get at least one slave of the arts. Otherwise, they should call the degree something else.
