I'm a natural born romantic so I'd have to say Pepe Le Pew.
I loved how he would just bounce along after the cat while she was running as fast as she could but he'd always manage to get a head of her.

Foghorn Leghorn, the lovable but not too bright barnyard Rooster, I just love that character and all the messes he gets himself into and wish his cartoons were shown more often.
