I think that all schools must have some sex education. It's the only effective measure against young ones doing stupid things because they didn't know better.
I think that youths that have a better sex education will search for a love partner more consciously, and decide when and where to have their first relationship, and to do it with protection, or can decide if they want to have pre-matrimonial sex, or wait until married.

YES! Anything which will lower the birth rate in the Philippines will be a good thing...obviously the no birth control policy of the Catholic Church is not working....84 Million Filipinos and counting...for a very small country...that is astonishing.

Yes. If the parents wont tell the children the WHOLE truth about sex, STD's, birth control, etc. etc. etc. then the schools have to do it.
