No, I don't think he could get it up if someone put a gun to his head. Not even with Viagra, he is such a wimp, an ex cheerleader, first playing cowboy, now being a talking head for his bosses, shoot, even with them feeding him his lines, he can't get it right.
I wouldn't sleep with him for a billion, even if he had some starch in his pink boxers with the cute little spurs and cowboy hats.
