The last time I was REALLY angry.
I had been on long leave. My darling partner Gwenneth who was at the same office told me to take mine as she was "Feeling tired". We planned the trip ans she asked for lots of lovely photographs. I had a wonderful time but returned to find that she had died from a virulent cancer. Her family, which had always detested us, had claimed her remains. She was buried in their "Church's" private plot. I visited her grave bearing flowers and guilt. A family member confronted me ans warned me to stay away. I pushed past her to see the headstone This bore only her date of birth and "UNKNOWN TO GOD".
"Satisfied now" the woman said "You LESBIAN, no you're lessthannothing". I was filled with a sick rage and nearly struck her with the heel of my hand under her nose. It was only a memory of Gwen serenely facing down other family members that saved me from having blood on my hands..
I suffered a severe breakdown. Now I can face daily life but cannot forgive.
Pray for me. Rose P.

The last time I was REALLY angry was about 2 and half years ago and yes I still feel the same way about the situation but the anger that caused me to hit someone for the first time in my life has gone. I still hate the person with fierce hatred, but I don't think about her now unless someone else mentions her. She was supposedly a friend and when I was sick she made a play for my husband. Yes he was as much to blame, but people told me she instigated it. I had never felt such hatred in my whole life.

I was angry because someone had kidnapped my daughter and thus deprived me of my God given right of motherhood.
I still feel angry, but as time passes it gets easier to live.
