There's a good application on http://health.yahoo.com/ Look around the page and it will have a form where you put in your height and starting/target weights. I think it's in pounds though, so just multiply the weights by 2.4 to get pounds. From there it will ask you about your diet and then make some vague suggestions based on what you said. Good luck!

Seriously though, try something simple like a simple diet(nothing drastic, just cutting out junk food and soda or something) and walking a mile or so each evening.

cut out soft drinks
watch your calories
cut out carbs
walk more
drink more water

all will help you lose the weight you need. if you just cut out something like junk food or soft drinks you will see a loss of weight that may surprise you.
