Jewish influence and money at work. That was a Jewish war, there's many of us in the US that know it was immoral and unwarranted.

ummm...a.ctually the US has never claimed in an official position that they are the world police. That would be very uppity and arrogant for a world leader to claim such a thing when the UN has the better right. It is true America gives many servicemen and women into the UN peacekeeping services, but the US has never said they were world police, wouldn't that be akin to world domination? SOmehow I see that as a bad thing. It is the media circus who has planted this idea in your head that US is world police.

the Lebannon and Palestinian problems are problematic. End of story. If the US gets involved in those countries delimmas outside of their peacekeeping duties and humanitarian needs, then US enemies would surely jump in on the otherside as the US stepped outside their barriers.

It is not as simple as someone asks for help and US says hey yeah sure, what the hell and might as well. There are P.O.L.I.T.I.C.S. involved. And mostly since the Lebanese and the Palestinians are involved in actions with so called "allies" of the US that means the US WILL stay out of it .....all of it. Unless one side or the other crosses the line and breaks UN rules of war.

No offense, but it is honestly better that way for everyone....e.specially right now with the world hating America.

We did help Lebanon. We forced Syria out after they killed Hirriri (Whatever his name is). Lebanon allowed Hezbollah to arm in violation of UN mandates and agreed peace plans that Israel followed and Hezbollah didn't. For those who feel compelled to always try to say both sides are equal, that is truly pathetic. Israel does not try to kill civilians. Hezbollah dances in the street when they kill civilians. Israel loves life. Hezbollah loves death. I am extremely disappointed that Israel didn't take off the gloves and wipe Hezbolla form this earth. The only reason it didn't is because it was too decent a people. I only hope that the Lebanese stand up to Hezbollah and don't tollerate them turning their country to rubble. Next time Israel cannot afford to be so nice.

Christian/Judea values. Iran/Sierra used Hezbollah to accomplish their goals and the U.S.A. used Israel. How can we expect the Arabs to trust us when our government makes statements to the effect that we will stand behind Israel regardless? We may have a responsibility to protect Israel, but along with it we should assume the responsibility to see that Israel acts responsible towards its neighbors also.
