Yes, Albert Einstein did all of his own math. No self-respecting theoritical physicist would leave the burden of "proving" their own theory to others. Now I am using the word "proving" in reference to demonstrating mathematical consistency, and logic in the derivation of the theory's conclusions.

It was others, experiemental physicists, that later proved using experiments to show that in fact the Universe behave exactly as Einstein had predicted in his theories.

PS - Einstein was never an experiemental physicist. The only experiments he did were "thought experiements".

Most of Albert's Brilliance lay in the fact that his mind was so very imaginative he could come up with scenarios in his mind to test just about anything he thought of.

For example he explained the Law of General Relativity with a thought experiment about two trains racing faster and faster next to each other.

Anytime, however, Albert produced an equation... Like e=mc2 he had to provide a proof, otherwise this would not have been accepted as it went against the prevailing thoughts of the day.

However it is a commonly held belief that it was actually Mr and MRS. Einstein, working in tangent who provided all the diffrent theories, laws, and everything else Einstein came up with. At this point it is impossible to prove this one way or the other.

At the level of theoretical professors, especially such pioneering ones as Einstein (although he was an experimentalist as well), coming up with a theory and then providing a mathematical proof of this theory from previously established physics is essentially the very large bulk of all that they do. I mean, surely you can imagine how crazy Einstein would sound if he just said "Mass bends Spacetime" and then said "It's pretty obvious when you think about it" without any proof/observations. You surely wouldn't know who he is if that were the case.

edit: I wish I could rate people....

Albert einstein theory of relativity is proven wrong by the quantum physics, while he relied on a 3 dimensions world , quantum theory can find more than 6 dimensions in our world , he paved the way to others to correct his theory, quantum theory is more accurate to say that time doesnt exist in the infinitely small dimensions,, There atoms behave as waves while waves behave as matter while einstein didnt even imagined it, besides for Einstein gravity was the major force while now we talk about electro-magnetic force as a major force in our universe

He never left his work for others to solve. His math problems weren't his job. He wanted to discover answers.

His girl friend (or wife) in his early days was his partner in some of published works. She may have contributed significantly to his works in his early days.
