It's very difficult to be a doctor. You have to finish four year BS degree with very high GPA (3.5 or above), plus paid or volunteer experience in hospital, take MCAT exam and get high scores, then you might have a chance to be accepted into medical school. It takes another 4 years to finish medical school, then two to three years of internship. Then you can become a doctor.
It's also rewarding to be a doctor. You get to help people. People treat you with respect. Not to mention the $alary!
In my opinion, it's great to be a doctor, but not everyone can be one. My cousin is a doctor. When he was in school, he had no life. No time to party, no time to date, no time for games, no time for anything except study, study, study. You have to ask yourself if you are willing to sacrifice 10+ years of your life to become a doctor... Whatever your decision is, stick to it and don't regret. Good luck!
