Yes. I had a repairman come out to the house to look at a microwave that was unable to repair. I spoke to the supervisor on the phone and told her that her repairman was leaving my broken micro on the counter, did not repair and therefore I was not paying the copay for my home warranty. She said fine, the repairman left and now 3 months later I got a bill from GE. Talked to a rude Customer Service rep named Evan at ext 5197. Was very short with me and said "Fine you want to speak to a supervisor, hold on". Never spoke to one, he had to take my info to have a supervisor call me. The whole experience was terrible and we purposely DID NOT buy a GE to replace the microwave.
