If the baby is faced down it usually stays that way. It doesnt change. If you are toward the end of your pregnancy it will stay head down... unless at the last minute it changes. That usually doesnt happen but sometimes it does.

I dont understand your question. If the babys head was down and now one week later it is still down. The baby will move, but it isnt going to be doing gymnastics. Also, it you are about to give birth the head will most likely be down because that is how it comes down the birth canal. If the doctor didnt say anything about it, it is probably because you are over reacting and everything is where is it suppose to be. Either way, dont ask stangers on yahoo, ask your doctor if you really dont know.

the baby usually will stay stationary later in pregnancy. They run out of room to move around a lot and they know they are supposd to come out head first so thats how they stay. My daughter has been head down for 2 months at least.

listen , it may change , head may go down and up , especially boys , they don't like lying head down , my sons head went down @ 34 weeks , at 35 weeks , it went up and I delivered by a C section because dear Bebe was a breech

doesn't sound abnormal to me. It moves some but does not necessarily turn around.
