It is a shaving gel that turns to a rich lather. You still need the razor to remove the unwanted hair.

yes. of course u have to shave!
the gel lathers up to protect your skin so when u save u dont cut yourself. it also helps to make your legs soft..
but to be honest.
shaving gel is a waist of money. u should just use soap. it works best unless u have sensitive skin..then just stick to the shaving gel!!
