I don't know but I would like to know.My theory
is that the part of their brain that would allow them to cook, clean after theirselves, put the toilet seat down, ect. sometimes doesn't work.
Notice that I used the word "sometimes".Only a small percentages of men know these skills.
When my dad moved into his house he never unpacked anything.he left it all there for at least 6 months. He kept his clothes in a pile on his bedroom floor. And would leave cups and dishes on his night stand.I told him he was crazy
every time I would visit him.My boyfriend leaves
crap lying around too.And if I ask him why he
cannot clean after himself he says because it's
my job.No.I don't think so.Marry me and then it will be my job!

Not only am I gonna answer this question with another question, I'm gonna answer this broad generalization (sorry mamma-ladies) with another broad generalization:

Why is it that every woman who complains of all the men in their life to be looking to her as a mother figure; are usually the nurturing types that kindly and good naturedly get into others affairs and always want to "be there" for guys/friends in need?
Then they wonder why all the guuys come to them a a mother figure?

The answer to your generalization and my generalization is this:

People needing to buy shoes, go to a person selling shoes.
Guys needing a mother. Find a mother-type.

I think Confucious said that :)

I have been living on my own for 20yrs now and if anything it has been the opposite for me. All I ask is that she put as much forth into it as I do..nothing more nothing less, I work all day then you either work all day to or if you stay home then your azz needs to keep it clean and have dinner ready when I get home. Thats far from being someones "mama." IF you're "So sick" of it then be a dyke

HA, let me catch my breath, i was laughing too hard at the broad generalization....umm...my mom is enough for me. I dont need you complaining to me about your day...I know you said a broad generalization...but you should have just said "i know that im talking out of my a$$ and all but..." that would have made more sence to me. Have a nice day "mama"

OK not all guys are like that. I got kicked out of my house at age 15 and have not looked back since. I tend to treat ladies like I treat my sisters. I do not know why, just do though.

society is built on nature vs nurture. Since the beginning of time, men were the gatherers of food and women were home to take care of the kids, cook dinner, so on and so forth. Things don't change much.

Because all men/ boys need to be nurtured , doesn't matter how old they are...this is why women are the stronger sex...we're self reliant and not P*ssy whipped!

Hugs to all the strong women out there !!!!

Because as long as they can get a woman to take care of their responsibilities, they can remain a man-child.
