how to turn off windows automatic updates without seeing notification then?

Go to Control Panel then Security Center. Look on the bottom left where it says "change the way Security Center alerts me"

Sart, Control Panel, Automatic updates, then just click where is saids trun off.

start > Control Panel > Security Center > auto updates > turn off auto updates > apply > ok.
