Depends on your aim.
If you want to earn MONEY and not fame work in gulf conutries.
If you want job satisfaction, authority (if you are capable), respect work in India.
I myself also similar qualification with 22 years exp. and still in India.

i strongly advise you not to go to gulf countries, now a days u can see so many incidents where indians were killed and no responsibilty is taken by that country, if u want to go to foreign countries try some other countries but not gulf countries. its better not to leave india if u can

You can surely earn more money in gulf.You can set a time limit depending on your needs and then come back to India. That way you can balance the urgent needs and good social life for your family and children.

u can get more salary in gulf countries.But presently India is the land of oppurtunities &u can have secured life &freedom to do anything here compared to gulf countries
