When a boy is born there is a layer of skin that overlaps the head of the penis. This is natural, but some parents ask for it to be removed. If it is removed, this is called circumcision.

If it is kept than a boy is basically, not circumcised. It's a parents personal decision wether or not the boy is circumcised.

Some people don't get it done for religious beilifs, and some people don't want it done because they think it's painful for the child, others just don't bother with the procedure.

Circumcision removes about 16 square inches of sensitive skin in the adult, including 50% of the sensual nerve endings. It eliminates the protective effect for the glans and mucosal skin just below the glans, crushes or cuts away the frenulum (the most exquisitely sensitive part of the penis), and renders the fabulous frictionless rolling/gliding action for a man and his partner impossible.

William Stowell won a large monetary award because he was circumcised without proper informed consent, and he later restored his foreskin through non-surgical tensile tissue expansion. His wife said on the Penn and Teller show that making love to his restored organ was a sumptuous fulfilling experience, while sex with a circumcised penis was like trying to love a broom handle.

Only the informed adult owner of a penis has the moral right to consent to the amputation of any part of it.

The biggest difference is that a circumcised penis has been mutilated, and an intact penis is the way nature intended it to be! Circumcised men lose a lot of sensitivity, so sex is less enjoyable. If you keep yourself even reasonably clean, there is no difference in hygiene.

It is a horrible thing to do this to a little baby who has no choice in the matter. It's not gonna grow back, so he's lost some of his equipment - permanently! Some guys are okay with it, but others really hate their parents for cutting them. If you are in that situation, please consider counselling; your parents almost certainly acted out of ignorance or peer pressure, not because they were trying to hurt you.

Just the way they look. An uncircumcised penis has skin covering the tip of the penis. When you get circumcised they remove that skin. It's makes no difference in the way it functions.

when you are circumcised, the for-skin at the end of the penis is cut off. you know the extra but of skin that covers the head of the penis. if you do not have that, you have been circumcised. go to "http://www.healthline.com/search?q1=circumcision&utm_source=child_health&utm_medium=google&utm_campaign=serp&utm_term=circumcision" for more information and pictures. hope this helpes.

Circumsized = The foreskin of the penis is cut, which usually happens at birth.

Uncircumsized = The foreskin is left in tact and covers the penis head.

Circumsized penis heads are usually less sensitive due to the lack of protection that an uncircumsized penis has.

Have fun! lol

if you had the extra (foreskin) removed from your penis when you were a baby, that means you are circumsized.......

ok, if you don't have any extra skin, you are circumsized

if you have extra skin around your penis and your penis comes out of the skin when you are erect, then you are not circumsized
