Check if the hair fall has started recently if yes then maybe it is some change in your routine/diet/water that is causing this fall. Try one of these and see the results -
1. soak fenugreek (methi) overnight , in the morning make a paste of it, apply on the scalp, keep for 30-40 mins. wash off.
2. mix castor oil and pure cocunut oil in 1:1 ratio, warm this and apply on scalp. If possible steam your hair by wrapping a towel (which has been dipped in hot water, remove all excess water and use this). Apply castor oil once in 15 days, otherwise apply your normal hair oil.

Healthy looking hair is a reflection of essential nutrients and proper hair care. Hair is made up of layers of protein called keratin. Hair depends on adequate protein and nutrients to maintain its shine and luster. Stress can deplete the body of necessary vitamins that keep hair looking healthy. Stress can also be a factor in hair loss.

You should go to the doctor about this.
It could be a symptom of an underactive thyroid.
Look it up online. You may see something familiar there.
