Sorry I lived there for 6 months and that's the only thing I can equate with that state. I hate the place, and don't even want to drive through it I will purposesly drive around it if I need to drive north as I don't even want to support their economy.
Oh and beware the interstate scam, where a semi truck will run you off the road, then stop to offer help, and while you are in shock, they rob you blind of everything even the tires on your car.
