The kind of racism where we automatically accuse others of being racist against us?
It seems that we are all jumping to the conclusion that we are being discriminated against because we are a certain race.
This is just a philosophical question. Something to discuss.
What are your thoughts. I mean we as in Americans(of all races)Taken right this could be a fun question:)

I totally agree with you. Everyone seems to want to jump on the band wagon of calling others racists. I mean if they are I do not have a problem with someone pointing it out. But to many people are abusing the statement to the point it does not hold any merit with them.

Why make it a fun question? You have a valid point here and I am glad you raised it. White America wants to claim there isn't any racism, until 40 years ago a Black man didnot necesarilly have a vote. That I must tell you is in my life time. These attitudes have not died, will not die and continues to pervade the thinking of America. Just remember Katrina. Look at the death rows all through America.

I asked a question a little like this a while ago and just called a racist, hope it works better for you. While some places and people still have a ways to go, things are mostly equal. In fact in a lot of jobs and schools, being a white male can get you pasted over. Just shouting "Racist!" can get people fired and businesses boycotted. What I think many minorities don't understand is that calling some one a racist is just as hurtful as you being called a racist term. And there is no arguing it! "Well I have Black/Hispanic/Asian friends," doesn't cut it. Please think before calling some one racist!

Even for you to deny that is another form of racism. There is nothing wrong with being racist hell a good majority of us answering this question are racist. I don't mean racist in the sense of killing people who aren't our kind, but putting people into categories.

There isn't anything wrong with this as long as we don't act upon it. Lastly how do you define racism and why?

the Americans (white people) are the ones that make other kinds of race, to be racist for ex. Latinos have in mind that Americans dont like them and that is why there is some people that are racist, African americans are so violent because of the same thing they think that every white person they see enywhere are going to descriminate them and that is why they react like that. and that is what makes racismm

We are creating or expanding a new type of racism....The immigrant versus those who have been born in America.

Even second generations from the same cultural background often 'favor' others of the second generation and forget about their roots.

Not fair, not right...
