OMG.. I used to get sooo extremely itchy after having sex and I found out it was because I was allergic to the kind of condom my BF used. The itchiness would usually last about a day and it was horrible. After switching to another kind and eventually we stopped using them I have no more issues with that. But it was really horrible. Almost enought to make me never want sex!!!

If you mean the after effects of an allergic reaction, it depends on how allergic you are. Did you see a doctor or atleast take Benadryl?
If you mean, will you get past having an allergy to (probably latex) condoms, no.

It can last 1 to 4 days mattering on the severity. You could be allergic to the latex ot the spermicide. (You can buy condoms without latex or spermicide.)

what you have is called contact dermatiis and unless ou don't want to sit down for a couple of days, i wouldn't suggest slapping on hydrocortisone cream unless you see a doctor. switch to avanti condoms or ones made of a non latex, but man made material (i.e: no lambskins) it will die down quickly, as the vagina is a self cleaning organ and also a mucus mebrane, which means, like getting chapped lips, it will heal faster than a scrape on your knee would

the same length of time any other alergies last.
And don't say next time you're going to not use condoms cause you're alergic to them.
Are you sure it's the condom you're alergic to...and what kind of rash or std do you have?
