You needed to tell us why he is a saddist, does he make your life miserable? the day yu leave for sure, for good, descreetly sweep sugar into the cracks in your kitchen cabnets anf flush a half dozzen tampons quickly down the toilet...or if you are really afraid of this person, just get away as soon as you can. A really good professional saddist will get you the night before you move out, so I woould get out: stay with a friend, anything, just get out. Deal with him if you must anonymously, years later if needed.
