I am about to go to college where i have to share a room with 2 other people in a room with only 2 plugs for the internet, what is the cheapest option to get us all online at the same time.

buy an 8 port hub ( costs above 500 Rs in India) and connect the hub into one of the plugs and through hub all of you can get connected to internet at the same.
