what is the difference btw a deepliner and an eyeliner?

and is an eyeliner used for coloring the eyelashes or drawing a line on the curve of the eyelid?

eyeliner is the pencil, u use it above ur eyelashes, under them or inside ur eye.. its dipliner not deepliner, its the same thing but its liquid n darker of course, it has a tiny brush, its awesome, i use it above my upper eyelashes, Arab girls always use it :)

I have never heard of a deepliner unless its a brand name. eyeliner is used to put a line on the lid next to the eyelashes.either on the outside or you can do it on the inside but it isn't good for your eyes on the inside.

deepliner.....hmmmm...i dont know. it might be made of a darker more smudge proof ingredients but if you want my opinion the best liner in pencil/retractable pencil is the jordana blk liner its really inexpensice and really good. you can find it on walgreens for 2 for 3dlls. best liquid liner is also a very inexpensive liner. the wet and wild blk one
