Those are all the options that help eliminate extra pounds, without at least one there is none.

The only thing I can say is to not do the South Beach Diet, just control your portion sizes and restrict yourself to one treat a week. This isn't considered dieting then, because you're only altering your eating style a bit.

This should help, but an exercise program would contribute immensely.

WoW.. I think we all look for the miracle quick cure. The weight loss industry encourages us to spend our precious cash on potions and lotions. Sadly only burning more calories than we eat on a regular basis is the only way to lose weight.

stay away from sugar and processed foods. Go totally organic. I have been doing this for roughly three months and have lost 40 pounds with little to no exercise.

The healthiest way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more. You could take weight loss pills, abuse laxatives or starve yourself, but you could do permanent damage to yourself.

avoid eating sweets, salty and oily foods.. as much as possible eat white meat and ear red meat for at least twice a week in small amount.. and drink water 8 times... walk at least 30 mins to 1 hour a day....
