Michigan's 1, then Notre Dame at 2. I believe UM passed ND a couple of years ago when the Irish were suffering through the brief Willingham era. And ease up on D2 and D3. Just because they're not big time does not make them "wimpy" nor does it make the games any less fun to watch. Besides, along with I-AA they've figured out something that I-A has yet to accomplish, and that is a national playoff.

Wins and winning percentage it is Michigan. But the most important thing is national titles. Notre Dame has more national titles and more Heisman winners. Usc is either tied with ND or second in both categories.

Mississippi State lost to Troy when they were still division 2. They also lost to Maine who was division 2. Both were on homecoming and I was at both of them. It sucked. On a side note a game against a division 2 team doesn't really count in the BCS.

First of all your knowledge of football is terrible because Div 1 and 2 football is not wimpy.
Your question is lame too. Is it most wins or winning percentage.

Try calling Division 2 or 3 football players a "wimp" to their faces and see what reaction you get.
