in the internet many sites esale offer like mobile, laptop, dvd player etc. in lowest price how it is possible against market value
it can be safely purchase? it is safe? when we purchase through credit card it is possible to fraud with me?

Everything is possible. But with my experience of buying stuff online. I would have to say its safe. There's so many better things to purchase over the internet anyways and alot cheaper.

It is possible if people are buying from a warehouse and selling them on ebay. Don't buy anything from online stores you don't trust. I strongly recommend checking with the Better Business Beareau to be safe. You can get robbed on Ebay as well so that really isn't the safest place either.

Ebay is pretty safe. You will find crooks everywhere, but if you check on the seller and see if he has any negative feedback you will feel better. Also, ask the seller questions. Be sure to check shipping and handling. Sometimes they really make that high to make up for low price.

Offering at lowest price is possible but safety wise never because majority of them are cheaters.

Also some of the stuff offered really cheap is stolen, just like off-line.
