Ok, maybe a stupid question but I'm in a bad mood (arrg) and I have to fall asleep sometime. Strategies would be much appreciated. Jeez you know when you feel like randomly throwing your computer and keyboard at anything? That's it.

Well, I feel the same way sometimes, it's hard to sleep when ur stressed out and have so much on your mind. And when I do fall asleep, I have nightmares, when I'm in a bad mood. A good way to fall asleep is to get your boyfreiend give you a message and then tuck you in, and kiss you goodnight, and make sure that you are so cozy. But I'm not there, so if you read for a while to get yourself thinking about other things, that might work. It does for me. Another thing I do sometimes is put on some music while I lay in my bed. That might work for you. Something nice and soothing, like Katie Malua, or something jumpin' like Shakira. Happy music. You could also try to remind yourself that everything will be okay, and that you're my bestfriend, and that I care about you so much.
