There are so many delicate organs and parts in that area - spleen, intesting, pancrease, kidney, liver. He could have internal bleeding.
You should go to the clinic and get it check

it depends on how hard you kicked him...
if you answer yes to any of these questions-he should be seen in the emergency room?
-is he vomiting profusely (large amounts and often)?
-is he doubled over in pain-not able to stand up?
-is he complaining of lightheadedness or dizziness?
if he does any of the following-you should call an ambulance immediately
-vomits blood in large amounts
-complains he is short of breath or having difficulty breathing
-passes out or faints (even if he wakes back up)
internal injuries and/or bleeding happen quickly and the symptoms present instantly and can be severe....
i would have your brother checked out within 24 hours by his family doctor if he's not showing any of the symptoms i explained above just to be on the safe side

If 'I don't know what to do' means 'he's coughing up blood, and can't move', then call an ambulence!
If 'I don't know what to do' means 'He hates me now how do I make it better', then apologize and do something nice for him. Time can heal.
