yes, a clean mouth before helps me concentrate more on the action instead os tha potential food particles in my personal area, i like my stuff to stay clean; thenafterwards keep your mouth clean for the same reasons you are supposed to brush your teeth for--- hygeine!

Sure...Though not always practical I imagine you get some germs and thats a way to take care of it if you're worried
