There is nothing under control there. Quite the opposite. Our Valued Soldiers are dying because they are in the middle of a Civil War which we caused. The government should try to use diplomacy, not people getting killed...

Lets play a drinking game. Everytime an inbred nutcase conservative tries to blame Iraq on Clinton, you have to take 3 shots of whiskey. I bet know one will be sober by the end of this question.
By the way, you'll have some nutcase conservatives who can't admit that their boy Bush is a moron, so they'll try to pull the "you hate America" routine. I like the "your helping the terrorists" card they play.
Reminds me of the same technique's the Nazi's used, for example see below.
"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."

Who's feeding you the bull that things are under control?
I think you've misinterpreted information that's been reported. What's been in the news lately is that violence has gone down by as much as 15% over the last month. That's a fact.
I don't think anyone in their right mind thinks things are completely under control, however...

Reality check; things are not under control, it is a full blown civil war with no solution in the foreseeable future. The really sad part is that we created it.

How many people died in the US today from crime related activities? I don't know the answer, but I'm sure we don't have things "under control" anywhere!!!!! Don't let your political bias distort the reallity! Your comments would suggest that we have a flawed crime policy at home as well.

My reaction to her is that she is staying with us to get properly, she will be in a position to not be any good to the baby if she is going living house and collapses and that i have despatched a nurse to help her husband.

Yes. It is under control, meaning if control were above, this situation would be way way below any level of control. :)
