I need to fall aslepp this night. It is amlomost 12:30, why am i not sleeping? Please help.

GET OFF THE COMPUTER, sit in your room dark and alone, if you need too, drink somthin warm like warm milk or hot chocolate, listen to soothing music. try not to get distracted by what your thinking. If i can't sleep and it's 3:00 in the mornin, and i don't have work the next day, i take Benedryl so i can sleep

could be several different things such as: too much caffeine, stress, energy drinks, took a nap earlier, woke up late, could be many things.
My suggestion is about 30 minutes before you need to go to sleep, try taking 2 benadryls and a small glass of milk. It helps me to fall asleep. Good luck!!

Try to clear your mind. envision a dark wall, think to yourself Nothing. evertime you start thinking about something say Nothing.
Okay if that's too scary try;
Start @ your toes- tell them to go to sleep- then your feet-tell them to go to sleep-...keep going up your body til you get to your head. Repeat as necessary.

watching tv or working on the computer, late at night are actually known causes of insomnia
