It all depends why you back aches?
You can do some low impact yoga.
You can get a massage & have the therapist do some Soft Tissue Release work. Usually, when your hamstrings & quadriceps are tight, it can affect your back. Wearing comfortable shoes, heating pad or ibuprofen, if it's really bad.
I would try natural remedies first. You need to find you what is causing your back pain.

If the heating pad doesn't help, I go to my chiropractor.
