How about ATECH or Arts & Technology?
Something like computer graphic design or web design or gaming?
since you like computers and art.
it will be something you enjoy, and i'm pretty sure the money's decent.
Just a thought.

Wow! That's a pretty long list you got there! I see you - in high school - getting in touch with the arts. Not necessarily acting or appreciation, but more on the tech end. Lighting, stage, sound, scene, etc. You can meet some pretty interesting characters in the field, have fun, and make a pretty good salary when you're out of school. Especially if you're good at it! Theater is always looking for techs and designers of some sort, and most of the jobs come by word of mouth.
My interests were actually similar to yours and I did it in college for extra credit during a Summer. I really had no choice as all other classes were closed. I had the time of my life! I got to work on the play - and I KNOW this will date me! - Hair, at the American Conservatory Theater on O'farrell Ave, in SF Cal! An experience I will never forget and a blast to say the least! I wound up working as an Air Traffic Controller, however, and retired at 42 with a full pension! Who knew?

Major in something you enjoy, but don't let four years of intense study ruin it for you. It's not unusual for people to go to school and switch majors several times.
A good thing to do is to go through the course catalog and pick out all of the classes you find interesting. Then of the classes you like, pick ones that you know will fulfill at least some basic requirements. Later on you will get more specific as you figure out what classes suit you more. I did this for my Associates and enjoyed a wide variety of classes. I was never bored.... except at the 7am class.
Also, it's good if you have the time and/or resources to talk to advisors, professors, students, and people who have found jobs in areas you are interested in. Ask them how they did it, what they did right, what they would change, etc.
Remember that people get good jobs all the time that has nothing to do with what they studied in school. (Sometimes it's just good to have that college degree.)
Good luck!

I would say Computer Information Systems because it mixes computers and business. It will teach you things like programming along with accounting so you get a bunch of options for future careers. Also, when you get to college you'll have the option to take a lot of classes you've never had available to you before. You don't have to declare a major before you even get there. Take your first semester or two to just take GE classes and see what interests you. Also, find a school with a lot of different options to major in.

Think about the thing you like to do more than anything else on earth. Forget about how much money it pays. If you do what you really want to do then you will never work a day in your life, because you are having fun and enjoying it. Don't take every opinion of every person to heart. It's your life to live and nobody else will live it for you.
Remember: Make this a good day!

If you want something interesting and exciting that includes all of what you mentioned... what about public relations.. promotions, marketing for a tv network, films, anythinig cool like that, no?
that's what my boss does, he's the creative director/director of marketing and promotions for a tv network and he does lots of artistic and exciting things that also include a window into the business world at the same time.. a job with a little of both or everything?
well atleast i find it to be very cool..lol

I have similar interests.
Right now I'm majoring in communications - film production.
If you're more interested in money and business however, but still have those interests - you might want to look into Public Relations (PR), which (at least at my college) is another division of the Communications major.

You could take up computer graphics. It's a tough course of study with quite a bit of math involved, but you'll get to use your artistic ability and interest in computers, and you can make some good money at it. You might even branch off into computer animation, and work at Pixar someday.

I'll warn you that majoring in c-net (computer networking) is a bad idea for most people. I'm saying that because some people with interest in computers just fly into it.
I'd suggest engineering, if you have that kind of mind. There's a math and artistic thinking involved, you might like it.
