Hi im 14 and umm... i slept 4 hours last night and today i just stayd home in my underwear all day... i just cant go to bed but im really tierd this hase happend befor but not for this long its ben like this for 3 days i can only get 4 hours an night. is something wrong with me?

ya i do got something on my mind its this girl... i blushed infront of her and she gigiled she siad it was ok but im kind of shy guy... i just dont know what she thinks of me now.

have you had a lot of caffiene? try to not drink any after 12 in the afternoon
are u nervous about something cuz sometimes that keeps you up
if she didn't like you she would ignore you. its cute that you blushed. most girls like shy guys because we know they aren't jerks.

itz cuz' u thinka this gurl .. itz something that u get in this age!! ..
i watched a movie!! .. it was like theres this small guy whoz 13 and from a accident a gurl fell on him on the floor ..then this guy felt something .. after that this guy went to the washroom .. and he was like looking at his face from the mirror a lot and he was looking at his body .. then when he came home .. he cannot sleep .. he was dreaming about this gurl and .. he was only wearing in underwear!! ..
I think this is some think that happen when you grow up!!
but i dint really get why this guys acting like this when he fall on this gurl!! .. cuz im a gurl ..

I think you like that girl. Sometimes when I do something embarrassing infront of the guy I like, or the guy I like flirts with me a little bit, I can hardly sleep because all I can think about is him. I'm fourteen too, but it happens to me sometimes too.

I didn't sleep at all last night. I'm 65.
I work nights, by the way. Sleep days.

No, you just have too much time on your hands. I suggest you do some work instead of staying home in your underwear all day.

well i think its perfectly normal. it could be your body, you could have slept for long hours in the past an now your boby is using all its energy for you to have 1 nights good rest
