is it safe to makeup to the pink area between the eyelashes and the eye (the lower inner eyelid) with an eyeliner?

Most people use Kohl there and slightly smudge. But to make eyes look bigger best to line right below the lower eyelashes and smudge. to pop eyes make em really big-use blue eye pencil on the inner eyelid-the pink are and smudge into the dark brown eyeliner on the lower lash lid. The blue brings out the white of the eye. Always use hypoallergenic eye products for will not irritate and have no harsh chemicals. Never go to bed with eye makeup on esp mascara for will cause eyelashes to fall out . Never go to bed without cleaning all makeup off face,eyes-eventually gives you bad skin.

Ditto w/ Ado Annie..plus u dont wanna risk it. Because ur eyes are very sensitive and delcant, especially that area. Some ppl do apply eyeliner there but I doubt that they dont regret it later. Just use eyeliner on ur top lids or bottom lids, for a dramatic look use liner on both the top and the bottom lid.

No, you might get an eye infection, and that liner has lots of chemicals in it you don't want in your bloodstream. Also, it's not a good idea because it makes your eyes appear smaller instead of larger. Good luck!
