No, a compliment that uses the word "nice" from a girl to a boy is her friendly way of saying just that: "You look NICE".
Women will never associate the word "nice" with anything remotely close to sex therefore her calling you "nice" or "looking nice" means she does not think about sex when looking at you.
It's awful, but it's the awful truth. Game someone else.
